Things worth looking at :)

Clicking Pictures is a wonderful thing. It is one of the best ways to preserve memories...but to me, every random thing is worth a picture...if i like something, i have a copy of it on my camera :)
Personally, i feel the following pictures are the best i have taken so far...they all either mean something to me or just have a thing in them which make me feel like "wow, this is a good picture :)"

So, here are some of my personal favorites:

Picture 1:

The snow globe in this picture is perfectly flawless...It is THE most beautiful one i have ever seen...I HAD to make a picture of this, because, God Forbid, if something happens to it sometime, i want to have something remember it by :)

Picture 2:

This is Romeow...he used to be my aunt's cat! He was ADORABLE! Not to mention Toilet trained! I clicked this picture of him when he once came and sat next to me while i was reading a book. He looked so confident with that "I'm the boss" royal look, that i made a picture of it :)

Picture 3:

One of India's major problems is corruption...recently, we have a leader by the name Anna Hazare who is seriously working towards doing away with it! this picture is from a candle light protest in his support...what makes me proud, is it was partly my idea...and it went well! :)

Picture 4:

This is my cat, Leona, after her first delivery!! She has been through a lot in her life, like half eaten up by dogs, Coma, torn lower paw, etc...and just seeing her there with her newborn babies, i can see nothing but happiness and pride in her eyes... :)

Picture 5:

I clicked this picture during Diwali...we put up lights on our window grill and it looked very pretty!!!! If you look closely, you can see Leona in the right-bottom corner peering at the kids bursting fireworks downstairs!

Picture 6:

This is a picture of me (R) with my best friend Pujarini Ghosh (L)...We became very very close from the first time we met and still are...This picture was taken 2 years ago on our school trip to Matheran...and it STILL is my favorite picture of the two of us :)

Picture 7:

This is the view of the sky..i took this picture from my room window...this was just post monsoons and the sky still hadnt made up its mind if it wanted to be clear blue or rain over us :)

Picture 9:

This is another picture i clicked from my room window...again, post monsoon!!!! I woke up at 6 in the morning to find the sky like this...it was BEAUTIFUL!!!!!

Picture 10:

Picture 11:

Both Picture 10 and 11 were clicked in Mahabaleshwar at this place called Kate's Point...you could buy a pack of cooked Channa for Rs.10 to feed monkeys there...and that's what everyone was doing!!!! Every time i got my camera out, the monkeys would strike a pose! I managed to capture 2 families.... :)

 Picture 12:

This click was again in Mahabaleshwar, at Arthur's Seat Point (the name startles me! Isn't "seat" a more dignified was of saying BUM? :S) ....a mother monkey with her baby!!!! I see the same love in her eyes as i saw in Leo's :) This just HAD to make it to being one of my favorite clicks :)

Picture 13:

Another picture from my visit to Kate's Point...not very pretty flower, but it stood out from the rest and looked awesome against the clear, blue sky!!!! a perfect contrast! :D

Picture 14:

This is the River Kaveri...when we visited this place, we were told that there are 5 idols of the Shiva-linga in this place...i couldn't find all of them, so i clicked a picture of it to search later...i still haven't found them :P It still makes for a good picture though :P

Picture 15:

This a picture of me, with Simba (Leo's son from the 3rd batch of kittens :P)...Simba and I seemed to have developed a VERY strong bond!!! This is a picture from Halloween when i tried dressing up as the Devil and making Simba the Devil's apprentice :P
